מטרת הסדנה היא להכין את המשתתפות והמשתתפים להתמודדות עם אתגר הוראת ההיסטוריה במסגרת ההכשרה המעשית האינטנסיבית. הקורס יתבסס על שילוב בין תמות דידקטיות לתמות היסטוריות מתוך תכנית הלימודים הממלכתית בהיסטוריה, בכיתות בהן יעבדו משתתפי הקורס. התכנית עשויה להשתנות בהתחשב בצרכים ורצונות שיוגדרו על ידי המשתתפים במהלך העבודה בסדנא, אך יסודות השיטה הדידקטית המוצעת בקורס ימשיכו להוות מסד לעבודה בסדנה, וילוו את הקורס כולו.

סדנה דידקטית להוראת ספרות | תמר קריגר ערמוני

בסדנא הדידקטית להוראת ספרות נעסוק ב"מה" מלמדים במסגרת שיעורי הספרות וב-"איך" מלמדים יצירות באופן שמעורר עניין, שמעמיק ואשר מתאים לתלמידים במאה העשרים ואחת. הסדנא עוסקת בז'אנרים שונים: סיפורת, שירה, רומנים והוראת מחזה ומדגימה תוך התנסות ושיתוף התלמידים, דרכים מגוונות ויצירתיות להוראת כל ז'אנר. בנוסף עוסקת הסדנא בבניית שיעור מודולארי, בנושא שאילת שאלות מרמות ואזורים שונים, בבניית שיעור – מרמת הפתיחה ועד לרמת סדרת שיעורים בנושא אחד, בבניית בחינות, בדיקתן ומתן משוב. כמו כן עוסקת הסדנא בהיכרות עם דפוסי הוראת ספרות שונים, היערכות מושכלת לישיבות מורים ואסיפות הורים, היערכות להוראת ספרות עבור תלמידים מסוגים שונים, שימוש ושילוב נבון בין ידע קיים ונגיש בספרים וברשת והתאמתם לכיתה. הסדנא מעמידה במרכזה שאלות חינוכיות המעסיקות מורים בזמן אמת : הצבת גבולות ברורים לצד חמלה והבנה, הצורך להיות משמעותי ובעל אמירה חינוכית לצד עשיית מקום לדעות שונות, והשמירה על המשאב החינוכי החשוב כל כך, ששמו "מורה". הסדנה מיועדת לתלמידי ספרות, ופתוחה גם לתלמידי כרם משנה ב' שהספרות והשירה הן שפות מוכרות להם, ואשר מעוניינים להעמיק את הבנתם בדרכי הוראת טקסטים בכתה.

סדנה דידקטית והתנסות מעשית באזרחות | שלומית דמסקי כהן

יום ד' 10:00-13:30, קורס שנתי

בסדנה נכיר שיטות פדגוגיות להוראת המקצוע, ונתנסה בהן. נערוך היכרות מעמיקה עם תכנית הלימודים באזרחות וננתח אותה. נדון במגוון דילמות הניצבות בפני המורה לאזרחות, נכיר את מבנה בחינת הבגרות באזרחות ואת מיומנויות הלמידה הנדרשות. נקיים הוראת עמיתים ופרזנטציות, ונלמד כיצד לערב את התלמידים בלמידה וכיצד להכין שיעורים מקוונים משמעותיים. נלמד על דרכי הערכה מגוונות ואופן הערכת העבודות. כמו כן נעסוק בעבודה בצוות בית הספר. הסדנה הדידקטית תלווה בהתנסות מעשית בכיתה ט' בבית הספר התיכון הניסויי בירושלים.

בהתנסות המעשית יעבירו הסטודנטים שיעורים על בסיס שבועי. בסדנה נעבוד על אלמנטים שונים הקשורים בניהול הכיתה ועל הכנת השיעורים משלב הגדרת המטרות ועד למרכיבי השיעור והמתודות שישמשו להעברת השיעורים. הסטודנטים יקבלו ליווי צמוד ומשוב על השיעורים.

סדנא דידקטית- מעשה ההוראה | עטר פלג

יום ד' 8:30-10:00, קורס שנתי

הסדנה מיועדת לסטודנטים להוראה בראשית דרכם, מתחומי דעת מגוונים. בסדנה נעסוק בעיקר בהבנת מעשה ההוראה בבית הספר: מהו שיעור? כיצד ניתן להכין שיעור שיעודד סקרנות, מעורבות בלמידה ופיתוח מיומנויות אצל התלמידים? נתרגל הכנה של מערכי שיעור שמותאמים לגיל ולתוכנית הלימודים ונעסוק בפערים ובמעברים שבין התכנון המדויק לבין אמנות הביצוע בפועל בכיתה. נעסוק גם בהיבטים נוספים של חיי המורה בכיתה, כגון: ניהול כיתה, דרכי הערכה מגוונות ועוד. הסדנא תכלול קריאת מאמרים, דיון פתוח, הוראת עמיתים וביקורים בבתי ספר ובספריה הלאומית.

מחשבת ישראל היא פרי הניסיון המתמשך של הוגים ויוצרים יהודים בכל הזמנים לפרש מחדש את מסורתם ותרבותם לנוכח האתגרים המתחדשים בכל דור ודור, ובה בעת – להתמודד עם שאלות אוניברסליות מתוך עולמן הרוחני. ככזה, זהו תחום מקיף המחבר את כל ענפי היצירה היהודית, מקורותיה, סוגותיה וזרמיה, מן המקרא ועד ימינו אלה, וחותר לחיפוש אחר משמעותם הקיומית הרלוונטית לבני דורנו.
לימוד מחשבת ישראל בביה"ס מהווה נדבך חשוב בעיצוב זהותם האישית והלאומית של התלמידים כיהודים, כישראלים וכבני אדם. אף שזהו מקצוע בחירה במערכת החינוך הממלכתית (להבדיל מן החינוך הממ"ד), הוא זכה לגדול ולהתרחב מאוד בעשור וחצי האחרונים. מדי שנה לומדים אלפי תלמידים את המקצוע ברמות ובהיקפים שונים. בנוסף – חלקים והיבטים אחדים של המחשבה היהודית לדורותיה משוקעים במקצוע החובה בחט"ב – "תרבות יהודית-ישראלית".

במסגרת הקורס נעסוק בשאלות הגדולות שמזמנת הוראת ההיסטוריה בכלל, ובישראל בפרט. נעסוק במשמעויות הפוליטיות של מבנה תכנית הלימודים בישראל, ונדון בגישות שונות להוראת היסטוריה בארץ ובעולם. נבחן נושאים היסטוריים מתוך תכנית הלימודים מתוך נקודות מבט שונות מתוך שאיפה שכל משתתפי ומשתתפות הקורס יגבשו עמדה עצמאית בנוגע למניעים שלהם כמורים העוסקים בהיסטוריה, ובנוגע לדרכי ההתמודדות הראויות בעיניהם עם אתגר הוראת ההיסטוריה.

בשנים האחרונות נעשה שימוש נרחב במושג "נוער בסיכון" ומקובל על הכלל כי מדובר בבעיה חברתית המשפיעה על כולנו. נעורים, דהיינו גיל ההתבגרות, מתחיל בשלב מוקדם יותר ובהתאם, חשיפה למצבי והתנהגויות סיכוניות ועברייניות מתחילות אף הן בטרם עת. הקורס מספק ידע תיאורטי ופרקטי על תופעת הנוער במצבי סיכון בישראל: הגדרת תחומי התופעה ומאפייניה; מבט על הגדרות שונות לאורך השנים תוך התייחסות לילדים ונוער בעידן הפוסט-מודרני, ובימים אלו של מגפה עולמית; גורמים להיווצרות התופעה; מאפייני הקשרים שבין הבית לסביבה והשפעתם על תפקוד בני הנוער תוך התייחסות להתנהגות תורמת והתנהגות סיכון של נוער בשעות הפנאי; התבוננות כנה ואמיצה על ייחודיות התופעה של נערות בסיכון; פיתוח נקודת הסתכלות אמפטית ורגישה לבני ובנות נוער במצבי סיכון שונים; שיח באשר לדרכי התערבות אפשריות והתמודדות עם קונפליקטים הקשורים לתופעה.

*הקורס מיועד לתלמידי אשכולות שנה א'

מטרת הקורס היא לסייע ללומדים בבניית זהותם המקצועית כמורים עתידיים לתרבות יהודית ישראלית ולהעניק להם כלים מעשיים להוראה משמעותית ומגוונת בכיתה. בסדנה נכיר את תכנית הלימודים ואת ספרי הלימוד, נלמד כיצד לעבד טקסטים מסוגים שונים לשיעור, כיצד לשלב כלי הוראה מגוונים וכיצד להקנות מיומנויות מרכזיות בלימוד טקסטים יהודיים קאנונים בכתה. דגש מיוחד יושם על הכרת הזהויות והתרבויות השונות בכתה וכיצד יכול שיעור תרבות יהודית ישראלית להפוך למרחב המאפשר בירור זהותי וערכי.
